Subject	Crankshaft oil galley plugs

Message	I recently had my cranks micro polished and balanced but the oil galley plugs were not drilled out and replaced. Is this standard procedure when servicing a crank? I didn't spin a bearing or anything but I'm doing a rebuild due to low compression. I was able to pick this tiny piece out of one of the oil galley plugs.
